All grouting services are performed in strict compliance with API grouting guidelines and all grout manufacturer specifications. We can help you on-site by providing manpower that we know and trust, from lead hands to craft labor.

We have a number of fully stocked service trucks and job boxes with a combined $150,000 in specialized tooling. These trucks and boxes can be provided at minimal cost.

SERVICES INCLUDE

• Chip out and regrouting of existing rotating equipment foundations.
• New installation grouting of rotating equipment, including large skid mounted units.
• Foundation repairs using a pin and injection method that has been the industry standard for over 30 years.
• Post-tensioning.
• Anchor bolt repair and replacement.
• Coring for anchor bolt removal and/or sampling of existing foundations for lab testing to determine foundation condition.
• Manufacture of soleplates and chocks.
